Services in the Home and Community Services (HCS) Program include:

  • Adaptive aids ​

  • Cognitive Rehabilition Therapy

  • Individualized Skills & Socialization
  • Dental treatment

  •  Host Home/Companion Home Care

  • Minor home modifications
  • Nursing (including specialized RN and LVN)
  •  Residential Support/Supervised living
  • Respite

  • Specialized therapies  (may include dietary,                 speech  therapy, occupational therapy, behavior supports)​

  • Supported employment​
  •  Community First Choice: Personal Assistant/Habilitation Services
